Omar Salazar
Treasurer
 Omar has been actively involved in the community since 1974. A graduate of Saint Martin’s University, Omar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Omar retired from the air force in 1991 after 30 years of service and worked for the DSHS for thirteen years. Fully retired since 2006, Omar joined CIELO as a volunteer teacher in the GED/Spanish Literacy program.
