Uriel Iniguez

Born in Michoacan Mexico, Uriel has over thirteen years of correctional experience, with over six years of management experience. He holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Major in Personnel Management. Uriel serves as a Commissioner in the Governor's Commission on Hispanic Affairs. For the past thirteen years, Uriel has held various positions within the Washington Department of Corrections, and currently he is a Correctional Manager in the Southwest Region, Office of Correctional Operations. He has held the position of Chief of Management Services with the Office of Administrative Services, Instructor, Job Service Specialist, Community Corrections Officer, Classification Counselor, Unit Supervisor, and Associate Superintendent. He is also a member of the Thurston Community Network, and Carolyn/North Neighborhood association. Uriel also owned and operated a restaurant for a number of years.
