Indicator: Education and Fulfillment of Learning Potential

Educational quality is often measured by the high school dropout rate, which can indicate a host of personal and family problems and/or failure of the school system to engage students in learning. The dropout rate has remained approximately constant since the Roundtable started collecting data. We are not able to draw any conclusions at this time from the changes observed.
