Words of the Elders

Welcome. My name is Bill Cote. Chal.Si.Nam.Men is my traditional name I received from Johnny Moses (Whis.Stem.Men.Knee) who has shared the medicine teachings of the Si.Si.Wiss way from the Northwest Coast. I began asking elders and spiritual and community leaders to answer the Question: "what do we need to know to survive during this time of great Change".

I have received encouragement from each of the elders whose words I am including here and am grateful to share the wisdom and encouragement of the elders. The love, strength, and wisdom of the elders encourage and guides us to finding these create a world based on strength and respect.
